Common questions
How do I connect Claude or ChatGPT?
Add Callfort as a connector in your AI app by pasting a URL, then sign in with your Callfort account and approve access. There is no API key and nothing to code. You can disconnect it from the control panel whenever you like.
Can the AI app call my customers by itself?
No. A call requested from an AI app waits for your explicit confirmation and is only placed once you confirm it.
What if the assistant does not know the answer?
It says the owner will confirm, captures the question and the caller's details, and tells you.
Does it make sales calls?
No. Outbound calls are only ones you ask for, to your own customers.
Which languages does it support?
The assistant answers in the caller's language across the languages listed above, and everything you read is in your own language.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. You get 14 days and 60 call minutes free, with no card needed. After that the founding pilot plan is €49 a month (ex VAT) with 300 call minutes, paid securely through Stripe.
What happens if I use all my minutes?
